Shirin Ansari, Ph.D.
CEO and Founder Dr. Ansari has taken her extensive experience as a resource specialist and school psychologist along with her doctorate in clinical psychology and developed a program that addresses the unique needs of today’s families. She has developed expertise in the latest research-based techniques for the treatment of reading and language disabilities and processing disorders as well as social/emotional issues
Gregory L. Koch, Ph.D.
Clinical Director Dr. Koch is the Clinical Director of Services at C4L. Dr. Koch is a licensed psychologist who joined the staff in the fall of 2002. He received his doctoral degree in 2000, when he was also presented with the Outstanding Doctor of Philosophy Award from Alliant International University. In addition to his focus on neuropsychological and psychological assessment, he is a child and adolescent therapist and has 15 years of experience as a high school teacher.
Diana Karjoo, Ph.D.
Clinical Coordinator Dr. Karjoo is a clinical psychologist who specializes in neuropsychological assessment. She has been the Coordinator of the C4L Learning Center at St. Margaret’s Episcopal School since spring 2006. Dr. Karjoo has extensive experience in psychotherapy and works with adolescent and adult clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
Roberta Knox, Psy. D.
Marriage and Family Therapist Dr. Knox is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Master's Degree in 1983 in Community/Clinical Psychology and her Doctorate in Psychology in 2002. Dr. Knox works with adults, adolescents, children, families, and couples in therapy. Her diverse experience includes providing psychotherapy to college students on campus, co-leading therapy groups, providing court-ordered individual psychotherapy, and divorce mediation. She attained a specialization certificate in psychological assessment through her doctoral program.

Christina Ozaki, MA
Director of Educational Therapy Christina is an educator who received her multiple subject credential and masters from the University of California, Irvine. She joined the C4L team in fall of 2003 as an educational therapist and is currently the Director of Educational Therapy. Since 2003, she has also worked as a coordinator at the learning centers at both St. Mary’s and St. Margaret’s, but her passions lie in the professional development and quality assurance of the educational therapy department as a whole. Her passion for kids and for C4L’s mission makes her an asset to C4L and the families we serve.
C4L STAFF Educational Therapists - our staff is specially trained in educational research-based programs. Their training is ongoing as they strive to help students with learning differences.
